The Branson Silver Booster 40 kHz (Part No. 101‑149‑081) is a standard-series aluminum booster designed for use with 40 kHz ultrasonic welding stacks (compatible with converters such as 4TJ, 4TR, 4TH, 4TP, and CR40). It features a gain ratio of 1:2.0 and uses M‑8 studs at the converter end, with an M‑8 tapped horn end. This allows it to double the input amplitude from the converter.
