The Branson Titanium Booster (Gold) 40 kHz 1:1.5 — EDP No. 101-149-079 — is a high-performance ultrasonic amplitude booster designed for use in 40 kHz Branson ultrasonic systems such as the 4TJ, 4TR, 4TH, 4TP, and CR40 converter families. It increases the vibration amplitude produced by the ultrasonic converter by 1.5× (gain ratio 1:1.5), delivering enhanced energy to the horn (sonotrode) for more effective welding, cutting, sealing, and assembly operations. The booster’s titanium body provides excellent fatigue resistance, strength, and corrosion resistance, while the gold-anodized ring identifies its 1:1.5 amplitude gain per Branson’s standard color coding.
