The Branson Titanium Booster (Green) 20 kHz 1:1.0 is an OEM-spec ultrasonic booster/horn adapter designed for Branson® 20 kHz ultrasonic welding systems (900, 2000, and 2000X series). Made from high-quality titanium, this booster transfers ultrasonic vibrations from the converter/transducer to the horn and maintains the same amplitude (1:1.0) — meaning it does not increase or decrease displacement at the horn face. Titanium construction ensures excellent fatigue strength, durability, and wear resistance in continuous production and high-cycle operations.
